Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 8, 2026
Introduction
ArchPulse (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.archpulse.co — a curated directory of AI tools for architects, interior designers, and visualization specialists. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using ArchPulse, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: automatically when you browse the site, and directly when you contact us.
- Usage and log data. Our hosting provider (Railway) automatically records server logs including IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and is not linked to your identity.
- Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to track this behaviour across sessions.
- Advertising cookies. We participate in the Google AdSense programme. Google and its partners may use cookies — including the DoubleClick DART cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time via Google's Ad Settings.
- Contact enquiries. If you email us at hello@archpulse.co, we retain the content of your message and your email address solely to respond to your enquiry.
How We Use Your Information
- To understand site traffic and improve the directory and editorial content.
- To serve relevant advertisements through Google AdSense.
- To respond to editorial, partnership, or general enquiries.
- To monitor for security threats and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not build personal profiles or use automated decision-making that produces legal effects on individuals.
Third-Party Services
The following third-party services may process data when you use ArchPulse:
- Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdSense — contextual and personalised advertising, including the DoubleClick DART cookie. Opt out via Google's Ad Settings.
- Sanity — headless CMS used to manage blog content. Sanity processes content data, not visitor data.
- Railway — application hosting. Railway processes server logs as described above.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may log request metadata for performance and security purposes.
- Vercel Analytics / Microsoft Clarity — optional performance analytics and session recording to improve site experience.
Advertising
We use third-party advertising companies, including Google, to serve ads when you visit ArchPulse. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to ArchPulse and other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at google.com/settings/ads. You can also learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and about advertising cookies generally at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads on our site. You can visit aboutads.info to opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising.
Cookies
ArchPulse and its advertising partners use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to understand how visitors use the site and to serve relevant advertising. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function properly as a result.
Data Retention
Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the original enquiry, then deleted. We do not store any payment information.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected.
- Deletion — request that your data be deleted (right to erasure).
- Objection — object to data processing for direct marketing or analytics purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@archpulse.co. We will respond within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
ArchPulse is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of ArchPulse after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
